The Vasowatch team has expertise in clinical care delivery, technological innovation and partnership development.  The company was founded in May 2021 by two University of Pennsylvania faculty members, an obstetrics nurse and a computer engineer, with a mission to improve maternal outcomes as a Penn Center of Innovation Ventures portfolio company.  Christine Rohan, GE and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association executive, was recruited to lead the venture.
